职责： 负责目标地区的合约业务拓展，识别机会，建立客户关系，完成交易量目标。 Role: Drive futures business growth in target regions. Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve volume targets.

职位要求

硬性要求： 经验： 具备Web3加密货币交易所商务拓展或销售经验。 业绩： 过往单月合约交易量不低于3000万美元（申请时需提供可验证证明）。 资源： 在日韩、东南亚、中东、CIS、华语任一地区拥有本地客户或合作伙伴资源。 语言： 流利英语，及一门目标地区语言（韩语、日语、俄语等）。 Experience: Proven BD/Sales experience in a Web3 crypto exchange. Performance: Verifiable record of $30M+ in monthly futures trading volume (proof required with application). Network: Existing client/partner resources in one target region (JP/KR, SEA, CIS, MEA，CN）. Language: Fluency in English + one native language of the target region (Japanese, Korean, Russian.).
