3+ years of hands on experience in security driven environment Solid security background in any of the following: Exploit development, offensive security, vulnerability research, low level networking, cryptography Has the ability to dive into an unfamiliar technology and systematically find where it breaks Can code comfortably in Python, C++, Rust, or similar Can thrive in high-stakes, fast-changing environments Nice to have Blockchain security research background- Exploits, forensics, protocol risk Hands-on with Starknet, Ethereum, or other blockchain networks Web2 security, Blue team
