Bachelor's degree 1 - 4 years of experience in trading or trading support experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience a plus Basic understanding of options theory and greek risks Coding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory Strong interest in crypto and macroeconomic markets Personal experience using various blockchain protocols and understanding of crypto liquidity conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented
Base pay for this role is expected to be between $106,000 - $167,000 USD for New York City. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
