职位描述

What you'll do 1. Oversee the operation and VIP customer management 2. Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers 3. Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs 4. Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation 1. 负责VIP客户的整体运营与管理 2. 负责重点客户的交易、增资及资产积累数据管理 3. 为高端客户提供一对一服务,并根据客户需求匹配相应服务 4. 监控VIP重点客户的交易数据,主动提供策略并推动落地执行

职位要求

What you'll need 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management 3. Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience 4. Proficient in Korean and English, or Korean and Chinese for business communication 5. Good in communication and responsive 1. 本科及以上学历 2. 至少1-2年VIP客户管理经验 3. 优先考虑在交易所或Web3行业的重点客户(VIP)运营经验 4. 熟练使用韩语和英语,或韩语和中文进行商务沟通 5. 良好的沟通能力与快速响应能力
