1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years blockchain development experience; 2. Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ with strong blockchain protocol development expertise; 3. Deep knowledge of Ethereum/EVM internals and Proof-of-Work consensus; 4. Experience contributing to blockchain clients (e.g., Geth, Nethermind, Erigon); 5. Familiarity with execution-layer EIPs and their implementation; 6. Self-driven, problem-solving mindset, strong team collaboration skills; 7. Experience with CI/CD or developer tooling is a plus; 8.
