Head of Marketing (NYC / MIA) - Campaign management: Lead and manage end-to-end execution of major partnership launches and other marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for working closely with the team to develop the right messaging, tactics, and recurring campaigns. - Social media & channel growth: Running experiments to identify new growth channels, improve SEO across search and LLMs, and grow owned channels across social accounts, community, newsletter, and more. - Product marketing: partner closely with product, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop clear messaging across product lines that is propagated across the Crossmint website, socials, and other channels. Products of focus will include wallets, stablecoin orchestration, and agentic finance. - Brand marketing & content: create externally-facing branded collateral including case studies, sales collateral, editorial content, and more to spread Crossmint’s vision and offering. Work with cutting edge AI tools for image and video generation to drive affinity among target audiences. - Developer marketing: this leader will oversee the devrel team to ensure we offer a winning experience for any non-crypto native developer who wishes to use our products - Performance marketing: Develop an approach towards targeted experiments across social and/or search marketing and implement conversion attribution models to track campaign effectiveness. - Events: Create opportunities for sales team to drive leads through carefully curated events at major fintech and crypto conferences with leading partners.
- 7+ years of total marketing experience across crypto and B2B SaaS. - Track record of building and scaling marketing programs from zero to one. - Deep understanding of stablecoins and major trends impacting crypto adoption. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills with English fluency. - A mindset for growth hacking and data-driven experiments. - Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.
