In this role, you’ll have space to be bold and creative, while owning results and driving impact across multiple channels. ➤ Manage and execute Laguna’s content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram (expanding to Threads and LINE). ➤ Create social posts, email campaigns, ad copy, and video scripts; design supporting assets in Canva/Figma as needed. ➤ Work closely with the Marketing Lead, providing support on campaigns, content, and other marketing initiatives as needed. ➤ Collaborate with designers and external agencies to ship assets and paid campaigns on time. ➤ Balance creative freedom across channels with alignment to Laguna’s brand voice and goals. ➤ Own performance metrics: track GA4, UTM, and platform analytics; deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations. ➤ Stay ahead of e-commerce and digital marketing trends to inspire new ideas and campaign optimizations. We want someone who is not just an executor, but a thinker and builder. ➤ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related. ➤ 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or e-commerce; agency experience a strong plus. ➤ Native-level English writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms while staying strategic. ➤ Hands-on experience with GA4 and other analytics tools; comfortable tracking, interpreting, and reporting performance metrics. ➤ Based in GMT+8 or comfortable working APAC hours; familiarity with SEA is a big plus. ➤ Skilled in Canva/Figma; bonus if you have video or other creative skills. ➤ Passionate, resourceful, and fast – comfortable taking initiative and working with minimal guidance. ➤ Background in e-commerce or digital retail strongly preferred; Crypto/ Web3 familiarity a plus.
