1. Content Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, brand voice, and target audience needs. Maintain and own the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery. 2. Content Creation - Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple formats, including blog posts, website copy, press releases, email campaigns, social media posts, infographics, guides, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts. 3. SEO Optimization - Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page SEO elements, and ensure all content meets best practices for organic search visibility. Monitor and improve content performance through analytics. 4. PR & Media Outreach - Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership pieces. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand reputation. 5. Research & Insights - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Gather data and insights to ensure content is relevant, timely, and aligned with audience interests. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor content KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and media mentions. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance analysis.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or PR, preferably in tech or blockchain industries. 3. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives. 4. Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console). 5. Experience in PR campaigns and media outreach. 6. Excellent research, time management, and project management skills. 7. Fluency in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
