We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our custody business. Job Responsibilities Lead the business development and sales effort in Singapore; Expand customers and sales channels, including managing existing accounts; Conduct post-market analysis upon feedback from clients to give advice on design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing; Execute onboarding processes including contract signing, new user training and relevant administrative work such as updating sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc; Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports through strong understanding of the digital assets custody industry; Support relevant licensing application for Cactus Custody; Be up to date with trends in the industry.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the crypto or blockchain industry; Candidates from the traditional financial industry must able to demonstrate strong crypto or blockchain knowledge;
Passion for developing new business, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to client service;
Strong sales and business development experience;
Track record of strong relationship building capabilities with banks, funds, family offices, etc;
Track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarding clients and brand awareness;
Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills;
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
