Responsibilities Market Insight & Requirements Management: Conduct market research, gather user requirements, and perform in-depth analysis for Web3 RWA products, identifying market gaps and growth opportunities. Product Planning & Design: Write, optimize, and review detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clearly outlining product feature roadmaps and development directions. Cross-functional Collaboration & Drive: Collaborate with development, design, operations, and other teams to articulate product requirements, closely monitor project progress, and actively drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. Data-Driven Iteration: Deeply analyze user data and feedback, continuously iterate and optimize products, track feature development and acceptance, and propose forward-looking optimization plans.
Requirements Extensive Product Experience: 2-5 years of outstanding product management experience, with a proven track record of leading significant feature modules and achieving substantial improvements in product metrics. Web3 Domain Expertise: Familiar with the Web3 ecosystem, especially the mechanics and functionalities of public chains and DeFi projects. Web3 industry work experience is preferred; familiarity with a wide range of Web3 or RWA projects is a significant plus. Strong Curiosity & Learning Agility: Possess a strong interest and exploratory spirit in the Web3 space, proficiently using tools like Axure/Figma to produce high-quality prototypes. Demonstrate strong learning ability and maintain curiosity about innovative Web3 applications. Excellent Overall Capabilities: Possess excellent logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
