Lead UI/UX design for the company's Web3 products. Drive the complete design process from requirements analysis, user flows, and prototyping to visual delivery. Conduct experience design for overseas markets, considering multi-language and multi-cultural backgrounds, and paying attention to user habits in different regions. Design and continuously optimize multi-platform product experiences (Web, mobile, App) to ensure design consistency and usability. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions. Monitor Web3 user behavior and continuously optimize the user experience. Build and maintain design specifications and component libraries to improve design efficiency and consistency.
3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with specific experience in the Web3 industry. Experience designing products for overseas markets, with an understanding of multi-language/cross-cultural design strategies. Familiarity with Web3 product forms and industry trends, and an understanding of Web3 user habits and use cases. Proficiency in mainstream design tools like Figma, with excellent visual design skills. Familiarity with Web and mobile product design strategies and experience with multi-platform adaptation. Understanding of front-end implementation methods and the ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with development teams. Complete project experience designing Web3 products and the ability to independently complete Web3 product designs. Experience designing financial products is a strong plus.
