Brand Development: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, narrative, and positioning to effectively communicate BitRobot’s value proposition to diverse audiences—including robotics ecosystem stakeholders and the crypto community. Community Growth: Design and execute initiatives to grow and engage our global community across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram. Content & PR: Oversee the creation of compelling content across mediums (social, blog, video, etc.) and manage public relations to enhance BitRobot’s visibility and thought leadership. Event Management: Help drive virtual and in-person events to promote BitRobot’s mission, attract contributors, and deepen engagement across both robotics and crypto communities. Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and continuously refine strategies using data-driven insights. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team—managing a small group of employees, contractors, or community mods as needed—while fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and results.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. High-agency and self-motivated; takes full ownership and drives projects from strategy to execution with minimal oversight. Able to pull for external resources and manage those resources effectively when needed. Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including experience with token launches and decentralized communities.
